What's the difference between Online and Home Tutoring?+
Online Tutoring is 8 sessions a month over video call, AED 799/month. Home Tutoring is 4 longer (2hr) sessions a month at your home in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, AED 1,599/month (~AED 200/hr).
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged. Unused session credits carry over for 30 days after cancellation.
What if I need more sessions than my plan includes?+
No problem. Top up with individual lessons at any time from your dashboard, or ask about our Intensive Package for a custom, higher-volume schedule.
Do unused lessons roll over?+
Yes — unused lessons roll over to the next month, once. They expire at the end of the following billing cycle.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
No contracts, no minimum term. Plans are month-to-month and you can pause or cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Do I pay a platform fee?+
No platform fees are charged to parents. The prices you see are all-inclusive. Unitors takes a 10% fee from the tutor's side.
